Current Story

I recently completed MintConvert, which is the first product I’m truly trying to take seriously as a business. After building it, I went deep into SEO and generated more than 10,000 programmatic pages. The plan was simple: publish useful pages, wait for indexing, and let compounding traffic begin. Instead, I waited nearly two months and most of those pages still didn’t index.

While I was already dealing with that frustration, another problem appeared. My Vercel limits started getting crushed for reasons I didn’t fully understand. In one week alone, I nearly hit 1.6 million ISR read requests. I spent days debugging, reading docs, searching forums, asking on Reddit, and posting on X. I found plenty of people facing the same issue, but almost nobody had a clear explanation or reliable fix.

That situation reminded me of something important: when one path stalls, build another one. Instead of sitting in frustration, I used the energy to create ShipInDays a product designed to save founders from writing the same auth, payments, and starter boilerplate over and over again. I launched it on Product Hunt with very low expectations. Honestly, I expected zero traction. It still ended up getting 5 completely organic upvotes, which felt like proof that momentum matters more than perfect outcomes.

After that, I moved straight into TealSub and spent the next week building it. It’s a Reddit marketing copilot that helps brands discover high-intent conversations and generate replies that sound human, useful, and natural instead of obvious spam. I haven’t launched it yet, but the plan is to launch on Monday, the 27th.

And now, in classic fashion, another idea appeared before I could slow down. I started building a lightweight editor that helps people generate visually strong milestone cards for launches, wins, streaks, revenue milestones, and progress updates they can share publicly. That’s what I’m building right now shipping quickly, learning in public, and using Claude as a force multiplier.

The pattern lately has been simple: build, get hit, learn, rebuild, repeat.
